About Charlotte
Charlotte is a Commercial lawyer with 13 years’ experience solving complex issues with straight-talking, commercially astute advice. She is passionate about her clients’ success as her own and determined to get the right result. Charlotte works closely with her clients to understand their business needs.
Having originally qualified as a Barrister and then as a Commercial Litigation lawyer at a top regional firm, Charlotte moved in house and worked at BT PLC, an AIM listed IT business and a Global Engineering Company.
In 2019 Charlotte returned to private practice bringing with her, a vast experience of working with clients to apply the law in cost effective and value adding ways. Her litigation background also provides her with an advantage of being able to advise where contracts are likely to go wrong and what steps should be taken to mitigate such risks.
Charlotte is skilled at drafting, negotiating and mitigating risks and advises clients on a wide-range of contract/commercial law matters such as:-
