About Daniela
Daniela is an experienced commercial lawyer. Her early years of practice were spent at global law firms as a regulatory solicitor, before moving in-house where she gained a broad range of experience in the tech/software, retail and financial services sectors.
Daniela specialises in all aspects of commercial law such as services agreements (including MSAs), marketing/agency agreements, compliance advisory work (such as CAP Code) and SaaS agreements, including reseller/distribution arrangements.
Daniela can advise on almost any kind of commercial matter, from a quick NDA review or some customer-facing ts &cs, right through to managing large scale commercial transactions with multiple documents and many moving parts.
