As a Consultant Residential Conveyancer, Gemma's expertise spans a wide array of residential property matters. From Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, inclusive of new build properties, to more complex dealings like remortgages, transfer of equities, shared ownership, and right-to-buy properties. 

Understanding that conveyancing is often considered one of the most stressful events in a person's life, and typically involves one of their most significant purchases, Gemma's primary goal is to simplify the process. She strives to ensure clients are well-informed at every step, aiming to reduce anxieties and guide them seamlessly through the journey.

Outside of her professional commitments, Gemma enjoys time spent with her husband and two children. Additionally, she's an avid netball enthusiast, taking to the court multiple times a week.
