About Nikki
Nikki is a Legal Consultant specialising in Debt Recovery. She has worked in the legal sector for over 20 years and has gained extensive experience in all types of Debt Recovery matters over 19 years. Nikki is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Nikki would be pleased to assist with any element of Debt Recovery, including standard recovery proceedings, CCJ or order enforcement, instalment and payment agreements, orders for a debtor to attend court, charging orders, insolvency proceedings and more. Each matter would usually start with an overview of facts and some debtor profiling, which establishes the recommended action to achieve recovery and the overall likely prospects of success.
Nikki is highly dedicated and committed to her clients and continues to strive for excellent service and cost efficiency in all matters. She is keen to share her wealth of knowledge with her clients and also offers assistance to in-house finance and credit control teams to strengthen their due diligence and credit control practices, which can assist with a recovery process at a later stage or can even avoid a future debt issue altogether.
