About Phil


Phil is our Accounts Administrator and supports every department within Woodstock. He is responsible to ensure that all payments into and out of the firm are handled accurately and timely to help maintain our excellent reputation and to support our award winning teams. Phil has 17 years of experience of working within the Legal Industry.


In his spare time, Phil enjoys walking, cooking, crosswords, music, reading and the good company of his friends and family


Responsibilities


  • Payment processing - Sending/receiving completion monies for our conveyancing teams, checking for accuracy and completeness of all transactions. Allocating all incoming transactions to relevant matters. Raising payments on behalf of all staff to external parties.


  • Account Reconciliation - Reconciliation of the firm’s internal accounts reporting any suspicious/unexpected activities immediately.


  • General Accounts Maintenance - Data entry, maintaining databases, providing reports and monitoring cash flow.


  • Accounts Enquiries - Dealing with internal and external enquiries relating to account activities timely and effectively.
