Accounts
Our Accounts team handles the financial operations that keep the business running smoothly – from consultant payments and invoicing to compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.
They work closely with teams across the firm to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in everything they do.
The team is led by Head of Accounts, Ellie Emery, who oversees day-to-day processes and supports our consultants with finance-related queries.
Marketing
Our Marketing team helps shape how Woodstock is seen by clients, consultants, and the wider legal industry.
From branding and design to social media campaigns, content, and events. They support growth across the business while keeping our values and voice consistent at every touchpoint.
The team is led by Kirsty Jocham, who oversees strategy and delivery across all channels, working closely with departments to bring campaigns to life.
Lawyer Support
Our Lawyer Support team is the backbone of Woodstock - keeping things running smoothly across client care, legal admin, and compliance.
They’re often the first point of contact for both consultants and clients, and they play a key role in making sure our processes are efficient, consistent, and human.
The team is led by Lucy Morton. Who coordinates day-to-day operations and works closely with departments across the firm to provide responsive, reliable support.
Operations
Our Operations team keeps the firm moving forward by overseeing systems, processes, compliance, and the day-to-day running of the business.
From onboarding new consultants to improving internal workflows, they make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our legal teams can focus on what they do best.
The team is led by Luisa Thain who works across departments to drive efficiency, support growth, and ensure Woodstock operates at its best.
