Consultant Solicitor – Property Disputes
About Claire
Claire is a Consultant Solicitor within our Property Litigation and Landlord & Tenant teams. She advises and represents clients on a wide range of property-related issues, from residential and commercial lease disputes and possession claims to commercial lease renewals and terminations under the 1954 Act. Claire is also experienced in handling boundary disputes, rights of way and easements, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession, property disrepair, and the recovery of rent arrears or damages relating to property.
She works with landlords, tenants, homeowners, and commercial businesses, taking care to tailor her advice to each client’s unique situation and objectives. Claire’s approach is always practical and proportionate, with an emphasis on achieving a satisfactory resolution as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys being in nature, whether that’s out walking, paddleboarding or tending to her vegetable garden. When it gets cold outside, her attention turns to cooking in the kitchen and cosy nights with friends with good food and a roaring fireplace.
