Naz has been specialising in residential conveyancing since 2019, supporting clients through sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties. With extensive experience guiding first-time buyers, Naz excels in providing clear, practical counsel at every stage of the property transaction journey.
As a Residential Conveyancing Consultant at Woodstock Legal Services, Naz oversees every aspect of the legal process, whether a client is buying, selling, or remortgaging. From reviewing contracts and managing searches to liaising with lenders and coordinating with agents or fellow solicitors, Naz ensures that each transaction meets all legal requirements, progresses efficiently, and keeps the client’s best interests at the forefront.

- Purchases - She assists clients in purchasing their freehold property by guiding them through every stage of the conveyancing process. This includes reviewing and explaining legal documents, conducting essential property searches, liaising with the seller’s solicitors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and managing the exchange and completion of contracts. Her goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and legally sound transaction, protecting her clients’ interests throughout

- Leasehold Matters - Naz assists clients with leasehold matters when buying their home by reviewing lease terms, identifying potential risks (such as short lease lengths, ground rent clauses, or restrictive covenants), and advising on their legal and financial implications. She guides clients through the process of lease extensions, liaises with solicitors and agents, and ensures they fully understand their rights and obligations before proceeding with the purchase. She takes on leasehold matters, depending on her workload, but is always open to providing quotes.
