About Rohit
Rohit is a solicitor with a strong focus on Employment Law and Civil Litigation. He advises clients on all aspects of workplace disputes, including unfair dismissal, wrongful and constructive dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and settlement agreements. He also drafts and negotiates employment contracts, prepares HR policies, and provides strategic guidance on employment rights and obligations. Alongside his employment work, Rohit handles civil disputes ranging from debt recovery to construction disputes and contractual matters.
Rohit represents both employees and employers in tribunals and negotiations, as well as assisting individuals and businesses dealing with disputes. Rohit provides clear, practical advice to help clients confidently understand legal challenges.
Rohit enjoys various sports activities such as badminton, tennis, and squash. He also regularly attends the Sikh Temple and often takes part in community service for them, as well as practising meditation.
