About Sarah

Sarah is a Consultant Solicitor with over 15 years’ experience advising on Commercial Property matters. She trained at a London City firm, qualifying in 2007 into a US practice, before going on to work with well-known regional firms across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. 

Based in Hampshire, Sarah works with a wide range of clients, including SMEs, sole traders, private and commercial landlords, and tenants. She specialises in transactional Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters and advises on the sale and purchase of Commercial Property. Her experience covers offices, warehousing and industrial units, and retail and restaurant premises, both in London and across the regions. 

She has a particular interest in the set-up and management of commercial lease portfolios and enjoys supporting clients through what is often their very first step into commercial leasing, helping them feel informed, confident and in control from the outset. 

She takes a collaborative, client-focused approach, providing practical, commercially minded advice that is tailored to each client’s needs. Transparency around fees is important to her, and she is happy to discuss fixed-fee arrangements where appropriate. Sarah’s goal is to work with clients, not just for them, making sure every transaction progresses smoothly, efficiently, and with clarity at every stage. 

Outside of work, Sarah spends most of her time running around after her busy son and daughter. When time allows, she indulges her love of musical theatre with trips to London’s West End. She also enjoys touring Europe with her family in their vintage VW campervan. 

Specialisms:

Commercial Landlord and Tenant: Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to the negotiation and grant of new leases, lease assignments, lease renewals, agreements for lease, surrenders, deeds of variation, licenses to assign, sublet or alter, consents to charge, lease summaries/review of Heads of Terms. 

Commercial Property Portfolio Management: Specialising in the set-up and ongoing management of Commercial Property asset portfolios. Experience includes portfolios comprising industrial use, office use and retail units. 

Commercial Property Sales & Purchases (freehold and leasehold): Advising on the acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property including due diligence, title review and transactional support.
