About Lorna
Lorna is a Consultant in the Property Litigation and the Landlord & Tenant team with over 10 years’ experience as a solicitor. She regularly advises and represents landlords, property management companies, housing associations, and local authorities. Lorna has previously worked as an Associate at a Top 100 City of London law firm and in-house for a housing association.
Lorna regularly advises and represents clients on a wide range of property and housing management issues, including possession, evictions, injunctions, breaches of lease, insurance claims, service charge disputes, trespass, housing condition claims, rent arrears, boundary disputes, and unlawful sublet. She has also advised on the practical aspects of the Building Safety Act 2022, policy reviews and tenancy fraud.
Lorna acts for landlords across both England and Wales and has represented Registered Social Landlords in Wales on a variety of contentious landlord and tenant matters. She also provides advice on the changes introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
