About Luisa

Luisa has over 20 years' experience in Executive Support and Corporate Governance roles.  She has worked across different industries and most recently held a role in the Social Housing sector. Luisa also worked in the NHS and for LV.

Luisa is the Executive Assistant to Carly and Natasha, and also heads up the newly formed Ops Team with Tam and Alice. Luisa has been brought in to support the Directors. Tam looks after our consultant onboarding process, and Alice will be onboarding internal hires. They also look after the general office management and support some of the compliance workstreams.

Luisa is an absolute plant addict and spend a lot of her time either repotting houseplants or in the garden. She comes from a football-mad family and follows Arsenal, as she was born and raised just north of London. Luisa has a daughter who is currently studying her A-Levels but is interested in a career in law.
