Abhijit is a dual-qualified consultant solicitor with over 15 years of experience advising on complex property and infrastructure transactions, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and assisting with regeneration projects. His recent focus spans smart grid deployment, airspace, and BESS leasing.
Abhijit helps to support local authorities, developers, landlords, and energy companies with bespoke legal support.
He works with both stand-alone and investor-backed real-estate and energy businesses, on the legal and commercial structuring of assets and SmartGrid projects, acting either as an expert adviser on discrete issues or as a GC-adjacent resource embedded with the team.
