About Harvey
Harvey Shulman is a solicitor with decades of experience advising clients on a wide range of property, business and personal legal matters. He takes a practical, hands-on approach and focuses on providing clear, commercially minded advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Harvey has extensive experience in property and tenancy matters, employment, business start-ups and partnerships, dispute resolution, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. His background also includes significant experience in the property sector, having served as a director of two AIM-listed residential property companies and a fully listed retail fashion company.
Alongside his practical experience, Harvey has a strong academic and professional background. He holds both an LLB and LLM in Law, specialising in company law and intellectual property, and was awarded the Hughes Parry Prize for the Law of Contract. He also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor K.W. Wedderburn and contributed to previous editions of Gower on Company Law and Sutton & Shannon on the Law of Contract.
Harvey has also written for legal publications and appeared on television and radio discussing business-related topics.
