Iftakhar is a Residential Property Consultant Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgaging. He acts on a wide range of transactions, from straightforward residential matters to more complex leasehold and lender-driven work, and is known for providing clear, practical advice throughout the conveyancing process.
His approach is client-focused and solutions-driven, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, transparency, and keeping clients informed at every stage of their transaction. Iftakhar understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful, and his aim is always to make the process as smooth, straightforward, and well-managed as possible.
