Adam is a Residential Conveyancer of more than ten years’ service to Exeter, East Devon and further afield.
Adam advises clients at all stages of life, from their first home purchase to high-value sales, mortgages and complex property transfer matters.
Adam helps his clients feel at ease throughout what can be a stressful time and knows the value of great communication, always keeping his clients well-informed throughout the process. He provides a collaborative, friendly approach to achieve the best outcome for his clients.
Adam is often found on weekends attending classic car shows and motorsport events. He recently managed to attend the Le Mans 24 Hour Race in Pays de la Loire, which had been on his bucket list for a very long time!

- Stamp Duty - Adam diligently ensured that certain Stamp Duty relief was validly claimed in connection with a purchase in Devon, ensuring his clients did not erroneously pay too much tax to HMRC.
- Family Transfers and Assents - Adam arranged for the Assent by professional Executors of a property in Sidmouth to beneficiaries under the provisions of a Will.

Adam’s specialist work subsequently assisted in the successful sale of the Property.
