About Caroline
Caroline is a Consultant Conveyancer who undertakes residential conveyancing transactions for individuals for both Freehold and Leasehold properties, Voluntary Lease Extensions, and Transfers of Equity to provide a personalised service explaining not only the conveyancing process but also assist Clients every step of the process and ensure information is provided clearly to enable them to make any necessary decisions.
Caroline works with individuals looking to sell or purchase Freehold or Leasehold properties or those seeking to voluntarily extend their Lease, transfer ownership of property, and re-mortgage in a clear, concise and swift way.
Caroline prioritises communication and works closely alongside Clients to explain the legal process of their transactions, to facilitate as smooth and swift a transaction as possible.
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys reading, taking long walks with her family dog, and relaxing with her family.
