About Charlotte
Charlotte is a Consultant Conveyancer with over 15 years’ experience in residential property, working on sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Charlotte’s legal journey began after moving back from Australia, initially as a legal secretary supporting a residential property team. She then worked for one of the top 100 legal firms in Bristol and Bath as a Paralegal in Asbestos Related Disease Claims before returning to property, managing her own caseload.
She brings a small team with her, including her Legal Assistants, Amanda Ackroyd, Chloe Rivers, and Alix Nicholls, who help ensure that every case is handled efficiently and smoothly. Charlotte excels at building strong relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, ensuring that her clients’ property transactions are as smooth as possible.
She has completed her SQA Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is currently studying her Level 6 to become a Licensed Conveyancer - all while looking after her two young children.
When she’s not working, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with the property market.
