About Collette
Collette is a conveyancer with 12 years post-qualification experience managing residential property transactions, guiding clients through the legal process of buying, selling and transferring property. She coordinates with solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other parties to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.
She helps home buyers, sellers, and property owners navigate property transactions with confidence, providing support throughout the transaction.
She works closely with clients throughout the process, providing clear communication, practical advice and regular updates.
In her spare time, she runs a majorette troupe in Liverpool on a voluntary basis. The troupe has about 70 young members who enter competitions throughout the year
