About El-Elois
El-Elois is a Lawyer Success Associate at Woodstock Legal Services, supporting consultant lawyers from
onboarding through to growing and scaling their client base, ensuring they make the most of the tools
and support available.
Previously, El-Elois worked as an Account Manager, working closely with legal and compliance teams across
global organisations, focusing on relationship management, growth, and retention. Alongside her law
degree, she has also gained experience in law clinics, strengthening her legal knowledge and client-focused
approach.
El-Elois brings strong relationship management, operational support, and a commercial mindset, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, she enjoys sports (having played netball for 11 years), as well as sailing and caving. In her
spare time, you’ll likely find her trying new restaurants, travelling, or rewatching Grey’s Anatomy.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Administration - Setting up new consultants and approved persons from the moment they are signed
- Asana Board Management - Ensuring all consultants and team members progress through the implementation pipeline without stalling
- Intercom Management - Responding to and routing inbound queries
- Airtable Data Hygiene - Keeping consultant records accurate and up to date
