About Elizabeth
Liz is a consultant solicitor, and she has been working in Conveyancing, family law, and private client Wills, probate and LPA for 20 years. She became a consultant in 2021, having worked in a High Street firm previously. She has also worked as an accredited family mediator for 15 years and mentors other mediators. Although she works as a consultant, she has her own offices and can attend to clients either face to face or online.
Her office is situated in her home town and, where she has always worked, and whilst she still advises former and new local clients, she is able to take instructions from clients from any location via video link.
She enjoys meeting clients and strives to deal with people promptly in a friendly, approachable, easy to understand manner.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys travelling and family holidays, spending time with family, reading, and swimming.

- Residential Conveyancing - Supporting clients with buying or selling freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers, and new builds.
- Family Accredited with Law Society - Supporting with private clients, divorce, child, and finacial matters.
- Mediation Accredited FMA - Supporting with legal aid, family, children, finances, and direct contact with children matters.
- Private Client - Supporting with wills, probate, and LPA.
Legal Expertise in Practice
- Residential Conveyancing - Supporting with buying and selling homes, transferring titles, and more.
- Family Matters - Extensive family work, including care proceedings and legal aid work. Liz primarily focuses on private family work with a lot of child matters, such as special issues, parents taking a child out of jurisdiction, including parents removing a child abroad without permission.
- Wills, Probate, & LPA - Additional work with the Free Will Network.
- Mediation - She works with married and unmarried parents and is able to speak directly with children and mentor other mediators and traniees.
