About Fahd


Fahd is a dual-qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, with over a decade of international legal experience across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. He is a commercially focused lawyer advising on cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, Islamic finance, capital markets, and technology and fintech matters, combining legal depth with strong commercial insight to support clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional work.

  • Financial Services Regulation - Advised fintech and financial services businesses on regulatory positioning, structuring and compliance considerations across DIFC, ADGM, VARA and EU MiCA frameworks in preparation for market entry and scaling.

The structure enabled issuers to access alternative financing through Shariah-compliant and conventional debt instruments, with clearing and settlement through CREST and SIX.
