As a Consultant Residential Conveyancer, Gemma's expertise spans a wide array of residential property matters. From Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, inclusive of new build properties, to more complex dealings like remortgages, transfer of equities, shared ownership, and right-to-buy properties.

Outside of her professional commitments, Gemma enjoys time spent with her husband and two children. Additionally, she's an avid netball enthusiast, taking to the court multiple times a week.
