About Jenny
is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over twenty years of experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors on the legal and governance matters that matter most to them. She works with founder-led businesses, scale-ups, and established companies on corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, governance and board advisory, investment and fundraising support, and general corporate matters. Her recent work includes advising on the restructuring of companies and funds, the sale of shares and assets, and a broad range of commercial agreements, including partnership, trading, software development and licensing, and service provider contracts.
Jenny’s background spans in-house Head of Legal roles in fintech, financial services, and asset management — including at Gulf International Bank, Artis Finance, and TT International — which gives her a practical, commercially minded approach to legal advice and a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory pressures businesses face. She is a member of the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) and works with clients at every stage of growth, from start-ups establishing their legal frameworks to more established businesses navigating complex transactions and change.
