About Jessica
Jessica covers all areas of conveyancing, from leasehold and freehold sales and purchases to shared ownership, lease extensions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and everything in between. She prides herself on supporting clients every step of the way, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Her career spans over 22 years, starting out as an office junior and progressing to her current role as a property consultant. Along the way, she has developed a specialism in new-build properties, having worked with a number of large developers. This includes reviewing development packs, planning and building regulations approval, new home warranties, section agreements, and more.
Jessica is a recommended conveyancer for many local estate agents, developers, and mortgage brokers across the Aire and Wharfe Valley, having built long-term relationships founded on trust, confidence, and reliability.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through sport. She's a keen golfer, finding the game both a satisfying challenge and a great way to unwind.
