About Katie
Katie is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 15 years of experience in Residential Property. She acts for individuals and companies in respect of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, amongst other things. Katie deals with both Freehold and Leasehold Property. She has a BSc (hons) in Equine Business Management and has a keen interest in equestrian and agricultural property.
She has also worked in motorsport, which gave her the opportunity to travel the country and the world and to work in a fast-paced environment. Her role as team co-ordinator for a factory motorsport team meant that organisation and attention to detail were particularly important, and this has crossed over into her life as a lawyer!
Katie works with individuals and companies looking to sell/purchase/remortgage/transfer residential properties, from those who are first-time buyers just starting out on the property ladder to those who deal with property on a regular basis. Katie is very personable, and she prides herself on giving her clients the best possible service.
She fully appreciates that moving home is a really personal experience and the stress and anxiety this can cause – her aim is to alleviate this as much as she possibly can for her clients. Katie gives her clients no-nonsense, pragmatic advice and options to ensure they get the outcome they want as swiftly as possible!
Katie provides pragmatic legal advice in respect of residential property in a personal, timely and efficient manner.
Katie rarely finds time to relax outside of the office as she has a 5-year-old, which is a full time job in itself! However, when she does have a free moment, she enjoys playing golf.

Dealing with a range of emotions and a contentious situation, which ultimately ended in my client achieving his end goal.
- New Build - Became recommended lawyer for purchasers on an exclusive development in Bath with a conversion of a listed former school into flats and then additional multi-million-pound dwellings built within the grounds.
