Lee-Anne works on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions as well as remortgage, equity release, transfer matters and unregistered property.
She works with anyone looking for assistance in all things residential property, whether they are first time buyers or experienced landlords with portfolios looking to sell and buy.
Ensuring to prioritise her clients matters, Lee-Anne has a clear line of communication at all times to reduce any stress levels for her clients during what can be a difficult process for some. She ensures transparency with her clients and get their matters through in a timely and efficient manner.
