Lee-Anne is a Conveyancing Paralegal supporting the residential property team and operations team. She has vast experience of case handling matters from onboarding through to completion/registration. Lee-Anne works on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions as well as remortgage, equity release, transfer matters and unregistered property.
She works with anyone looking for assistance in all things residential property, whether they are first time buyers or experienced landlords with portfolios looking to sell and buy.
Ensuring to prioritise her clients matters, Lee-Anne has a clear line of communication at all times to reduce any stress levels for her clients during what can be a difficult process for some. She ensures transparency with her clients and get their matters through in a timely and efficient manner.
In her spare time, Lee-Anne likes to go to the gym, shop about and spend quality time with family and friends.

- Purchasing a property - This client was purchasing his first UK property from the US and needed to be kept informed of the whole process with the varying differences in property law between the UK and US.
Selling a property as Executor - This client was selling as an Executor and had no prior experience of the process to selling or buying. Acknowledging this and keeping the client informed and showing empathy during this sensitive time helped the transaction sail through quickly.
Equity Release - These clients wanted to release the equity they had built in their home and they wanted to do it quickly in order to embark on exciting life journeys. Upon receipt of the lenders offer this file was completed within 4 weeks.
Unregistered Property - Interpreting historical deeds to find the root of title and successfully registering the property with Land Registry.
Leasehold Property - Dealing with both sales and purchases, reviewing leases and documentation and understanding the Building Safety Act 2022 rules that have come into place on high rise flats.
Remortgaging/Transfer files - Assisting clients with their remortgage and transfers of ownership.
