About Lovejoyt
Lovejoyt is a Paralegal in the Landlord and Tenant department, working closely with landlords, letting agents and insurers on residential possession and dispute matters. He manages his own caseload from instruction through to conclusion and, where permitted, can appear as a solicitor’s agent at possession hearings.
He supports solicitors across a range of landlord and tenant claims, with experience in drafting pleadings, witness statements and skeleton arguments, negotiating settlements and progressing matters efficiently and pragmatically. He adopts a commercially focused approach, helping clients manage risk, cost and timescales while achieving practical outcomes.
Lovejoyt is an unregistered barrister and County Court Advocate, with extensive experience representing clients at hearings and managing high-volume caseloads. He is also an accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator, enabling him to identify early resolution opportunities and reduce unnecessary litigation where appropriate.
Lovejoyt is also currently undertaking the SQE and intends to qualify as a solicitor, specialising in residential landlord and tenant law.
Outside of the office, he is actively involved in the community through policy advocacy and a charitable schooling system that he co-founded. He also enjoys horse riding, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
