About Monique


Monique is a Senior Lawyer Success Manager at Woodstock Legal Services, where she works closely with lawyers to help them get the most out of their work and feel supported in their day-to-day work.


Her role is really about building strong relationships, understanding what people need, spotting where things could work better, and being someone they can rely on. Monique comes from a client success and account management background, so she is naturally focused on making things run smoothly, solving problems, and making sure people feel looked after.


She has spent much of her career working with clients in legal and professional services, so she understands the pressures that come with the job. Monqiue tries to bring a practical, calm, and collaborative approach, helping lawyers focus on delivering great work while I support behind the scenes.


Alongside this, Monique is currently studying for her LLM and SQE 1 & 2, which means she is also on her own journey into the legal profession. This gives her a different perspective; she understand both the commercial side and the legal path itself.


At the core, Monique just enjoys working with people, building trust, and helping things work better.


In her spare time, she likes to stay active by running, unwind by cooking, and make the most of any opportunity to travel and explore new places.

Responsibilities


  • Day-to-Day Lawyer Support - She supports lawyers day-to-day, making sure they have the right structure, guidance, and resources to work effectively and with confidence.


  • Relationship Building - She builds strong, trusted relationships so she can understand how each lawyer works and where she can best support them.


  • Process Improvement - She identifies areas where things could run more smoothly and takes a practical approach to improving processes and ways of working.


  • Quality & Client Focus - She keeps a close eye on the quality of delivery, always considering both the client experience and the commercial impact of the work.


  • Problem Solving - When challenges arise, Monique steps in to resolve issues quickly and calmly, helping to keep everything moving without disruption.


  • Reliable Point of Contact- Overall, she acts as a reliable point of support, helping create an environment where lawyers can focus on their work while everything around them runs smoothly.
