About Phillip
Phillip is an experienced commercial property lawyer who has worked for a number of FTSE 100 companies, national names, and brands; however, Phillip wants his focus to be on the work he does with commercial auction sales.
Phillip works with companies including Savills, Pattinsons, Auction House, Bradley Hall, and others, and he and his team have prepared over 300 auction packs in the last 12 months for business sellers from Pubs in Preston, Restaurants in Rotherham, and Hotels in Harrow.
Phillip and his team are experienced in putting the packs together quickly and efficiently, and can work hand-in-glove with the auctioneers to get clients the best result for their property sale.
Phillip also represents buyers and is used to working with various bridging lenders to deal with tight deadlines to help clients complete within the allocated timescales.
His experience covers all commercial and residential properties, including selling parts of titles, liaising with mortgage companies under pressure, and discussing changing auctioneers when a current company just isn’t working out.
Phillip can look at various payment options, all focused around getting value out of client properties.
