About Ryan
Ryan has practised exclusively in residential property law since 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Over that time, he has acted across the full spectrum of transactions, from first-time buyers to international high-net-worth individuals, advising on complex freehold and leasehold matters throughout London and the South East.
Ryan trained at a boutique South London practice before moving to a Marylebone firm where he acted for high-value and overseas clients. In 2020, he transitioned to consultancy practice, allowing him to provide clients with a more personal, focused, and accountable service.
Clients value Ryan’s structured, methodical approach. Residential conveyancing can be complex, particularly in London, where leasehold arrangements, service charge liabilities, and regulatory frameworks require careful scrutiny. Ryan’s focus is on clarity, risk management and proactive communication, ensuring clients understand both the transaction and the potential liabilities that come with ownership.
Outside of practice, Ryan is a lifelong Arsenal supporter and a keen music enthusiast, regularly attending live events whenever time permits.

- Property Transaction - Ryan’s largest transaction was an £8m purchase which had to be exchanged within 4 weeks of receiving contract papers.
- Panel Solicitor - Ryan has worked as a panel solicitor for one of London’s biggest housing developers, assisting purchasers (often based overseas) buying off-plan properties.
- Building Safety Act 2022 Support - Ryan has assisted many clients, both on sales and purchases, affected by the Building Safety Act 2022. These are often more complex transactions and require a methodical approach. This involves advising clients through higher-risk building requirements, certification issues and evolving lender expectations.
