About Sophie
Sophie has spent over a decade in the industry and is an experienced Consultant Conveyancer, specialising in residential conveyancing. With a strong background managing a varied and complex caseload, Sophie understands that moving home can be both exciting and stressful. She prides herself on providing a personal, reliable and straightforward service, combining detailed legal knowledge with clear communication and a client-focused approach. Sophie is committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring her clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their property journey.
Sophie helps a wide range of clients with their residential property needs, from first-time buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder to experienced home buyers, sellers, landlords/investors and those looking to remortgage or transfer equity. She understands that every client and transaction is different and takes the time to understand the individual circumstances, priorities and concerns of each person she works with.
Sophie takes a personal and proactive approach to conveyancing. She believes clients should never feel like just another file number and makes it a priority to keep them fully informed throughout the transaction. Sophie explains legal matters clearly, and without unnecessary legal jargon, providing honest and practical advice so her clients understand exactly what is happening and why. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, two children and much-loved Labrador. She loves long family weekends exploring the Lake District and making memories in France during the summer. For Sophie, family, travel and making the most of life outside of work are what make the perfect balance.
